- Identify and approach potential new clients (groceries, gyms, restaurants, health shops, distributors).
- Pitch and present product benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute product demos, samplings, or promotions for new clients.
- Follow up with new accounts to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress and targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (open to fresh grads with strong sales drive).
- At least 1–3 years sales/business development experience, ideally in FMCG/food.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong networking ability and willingness to do fieldwork.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
