Job Responsibilities:
1. Expand and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including market makers, quantitative funds, research institutions, brokers, etc., and drive their account opening, trading activities, and long-term partnership on the platform.
2. Develop and implement institutional client acquisition plans in line with company strategy, meeting performance targets (trading volume, client activity, asset size, etc.).
3. Coordinate internal and external resources to fulfill institutional clients’ needs regarding preferential fees, API integration, dedicated liquidity support, sub-accounts, risk management solutions, and more.
4. Regularly collect and analyze industry and competitor dynamics, and propose business optimization and market expansion recommendations.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, risk control, and technology teams to participate in designing commercial policies, planning promotional activities, and resolving key client issues.
6. Represent the company at industry conferences, roadshows, and client events to enhance brand influence and increase institutional awareness.
Qualifications:
1. 2–5+ years of BD or institutional sales experience in blockchain/crypto exchanges, brokerages, or quantitative funds, with established institutional client networks preferred.
2. Deep understanding of the digital asset market, familiar with derivatives (futures, options), market making, API trading, and related business models.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong client service orientation, and ability to collaborate across teams.
4. Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Russian) is a plus.
5. Strong goal orientation and resilience, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of onboarding or managing top-tier market makers, funds, or brokers.
• Familiarity with exchange Pro/Institutional products (sub-accounts, bespoke fee structures, dedicated account managers).
• International background or overseas work experience.
