The Brand Manager is responsible for building, positioning, and scaling the brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role leads brand strategy, drives integrated marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent execution that strengthens brand equity, market share, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee end-to-end product launches and promotional activations
• Track and evaluate KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize brand health
• Drive and manage both digital and trade marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive brand presence
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
• Coordinate with Sales, Ecommerce, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to ensure brand alignment
• Manage brand guidelines and safeguard brand integrity across all executions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
• Must have experience in both digital and trade marketing
• Proven track record in FMCG, preferably with non-fry food products
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and complex projects
• Highly analytical, goal-oriented, and detail-driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
