We at Astron Appliances Philippines are seeking a Brand Partnership Officer to grow and manage collaborations with brands and organizations. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and project/campaign tracking to ensure consistent contribution to business growth and to ensure KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand partnerships.
• Maintain strong partner relationships.
• Evaluate feasibility and suitability of partnerships
• Report and monitor partnership performance
• Create partnership strategies
• Track and report on campaign ROI, conversions, and sales impact.
• Support cross-functional marketing and business development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools.
• People person, and an outgoing personality
• Creative with partnerships and thinks outside of the box
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
