- We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to help enhance and optimize our existing decentralized job marketplace built on the Solana blockchain.
- The platform is developed with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Solana smart contracts (Rust).
- Your role will include improving performance, refining smart contract logic, upgrading the UI/UX, and adding new features such as wallet enhancements and real-time updates.
- Experience with Solana Web3.js, Rust, and wallet integrations (e.g., Phantom) is essential.
- Refactor the existing contract using the Anchor framework, maintaining compatibility with the current wallet logic and API integration.
- If major limitations are found, we’re open to a clean rebuild with clear documentation.
