Position: Mandarin Accounting Specialist

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9 am-6 pm

Responsibilities of Job Application:

• Responsible for the execution, compliance, and maintenance of Intercompany-related standards, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate performance of daily Intercompany tasks in compliance with the company rules.
• Act as the first point of contact in Global Business Services for the local and other counterparts, supporting them in all Intercompany-related requests within the area of responsibility.
• Provide prompt replies to all emails daily and escalate issues
• quickly. 
• Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with the team and manage special/extraordinary issues and projects.
• Follow process rules, monitor Intercompany standards, and seek ways to improve the process.

Requirements of the Job:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting
• Having at least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance with a background in the end-to-end Intercompany accounting process.
• Having experience in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or a similar environment is a big advantage.
• Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
