Descripción

Record and monitor daily financial transactions of the hotel.
Prepare and review invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records.
Coordinate with other departments for billing and cost tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel accounting or general accounting
Knowledge of hotel revenue cycle, accounts receivable/payable, and cash handling
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or hotel PMS systems)
Strong knowledge of BIR regulations, taxation, and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Trustworthy, with high integrity in handling confidential financial information
Good communication and coordination skills with operations and management
