Job Qualifications

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing, restaurant, or professional accounting firm environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

• Core Knowledge: Solid command of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial regulations, and industry best practices.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable problem-solving insights.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Work Style: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach and the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow) ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards.

• Period-End Closing: Facilitate month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger and perform meticulous account reconciliations.

• Strategic Support: Assist in developing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support executive decision-making.

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure all transactions are documented and recorded in full alignment with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor changes in accounting regulations and proactively implement best practices to improve financial workflows.
