We are seeking a Lean-Pro Account Manager (Tech VA) to serve as the operational backbone for a fast-growing, AI-powered, client-centric brand. In this role, you'll blend tech automation, client support, and creative AI execution to keep systems running smoothly, campaigns performing efficiently, and clients fully supported. You’ll think critically, manage moving parts, and proactively find smarter ways to execute.

Client Management & Communication

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients; run weekly check-ins and monthly strategy calls (Zoom/Meet).
• Track deliverables in ClickUp; send clear updates via Gmail and Slack.
• Log preferences, issues, and wins in Notion and GoHighLevel (GHL); flag risks early.

Campaign Oversight

• Build and monitor cold email sequences in Instantly, Smartlead, or GHL.
• Manage lead lists, data cleanup, and enrichment with Apollo, Clay, Google Sheets, or Make.
• Coordinate AI-generated creatives (video, image, copy) and ensure leads advance through the pipeline.

Tech & Automations

• Design and troubleshoot workflows in Make (primary), GHL, and n8n/Boostspace.
• Configure webhooks, triggers, and sub-accounts; test new launches and integrations.
• Upload leads, tag appropriately, and keep data flowing across apps.

AI & Content Support

• Build custom GPTs; feed strategy data for tailored outputs.
• Draft email sequences, social captions, and reports using ChatGPT, CopyMaker, and GHL AI.
• Deliver AI assets that meet brand and client standards.

Internal Organization + Ops

• Maintain project boards and dashboards in ClickUp/Notion.
• Document SOPs for repeatable tasks; assist with onboarding and account setup.

• At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or as a Tech VA.
• Proficient in tools including GoHighLevel (GHL), Make, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, Instantly, Clay, and Apollo.
• Experience in designing dashboards or reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong English communication skills—confident in both written and verbal, especially in client-facing settings.
• Project management mindset: highly organized, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable recommending and implementing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Voice AI, Video AI, and Image AI.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with n8n, Boostspace, Meta ad tools, or previous experience in B2B lead generation.
