Create detailed 3D models from concept art, blueprints, or references
Develop and apply realistic textures and materials using industry-standard tools
Rig and animate 3D models to produce fluid and believable movement
Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality
Participate in reviews, respond to feedback, and revise work as needed
Stay updated with industry trends and new tools or techniques in 3D modeling and animation

Proven experience as a 3D Modeler/Animator in a professional environment
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar
Experience with animation tools and techniques (keyframe animation, rigging, etc.)
Strong understanding of form, anatomy, lighting, and motion
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
