SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a foundational role in driving the company’s regional growth and market expansion by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role focuses on prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities and support the overall sales process.


The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven inside sales professional with a fearless attitude, a natural ability to overcome objections, and a proven track record of achieving high-volume outbound call targets and appointment-setting goals. Success in this role requires high energy, strong communication and persuasion skills, a self-starter mindset, and a commitment to maintaining accurate data in CRM systems to drive a healthy sales pipeline.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company solutions and services
  • Qualify leads and schedule first-time appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and call outcomes
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including:
  • 80+ outbound calls per day to decision-makers
  • 3–5 first-time appointments per week
  • Own the lead cultivation process and contribute to building and maintaining the lead database
  • Effectively engage decision-makers and clearly deliver the company’s value proposition
  • Utilize contact management and productivity tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B outbound cold-calling sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive abilities
  • Self-starter with the discipline to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Mission-driven mindset with strong self-management and motivation
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Fearless approach to overcoming objections and handling rejection
  • Metrics-driven with proven outbound call and lead generation experience
  • Strong interest in how technology solutions can help businesses succeed
