Key Responsibilities: U.S. Real Estate Cold Caller

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling to potential U.S. real estate clients, focusing on converting initial contacts into qualified leads or scheduled appointments.
• Employ persuasive communication and sales techniques to overcome objections ("turning 'no' into 'yes'") and effectively qualify prospects based on established criteria.
• Conduct effective conversations over the phone to build rapport and trust quickly with potential sellers or buyers.
• Accurately document and manage prospect information and sales activity within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Demonstrate a results-driven and confident demeanor to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the calling shift.
