Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to homeowners to generate leads
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Build rapport and identify seller motivation
  • Gather property information and update CRM records
  • Assist with light admin tasks (data entry, follow-ups, scheduling)
  • Support the acquisitions team and meet performance metrics


Job Requirements

  • Entry-level welcome — no experience required
  • Clear English speaking voice (neutral accent preferred)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calls
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM use is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and coachable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
