ASEC Development & Construction Corporation was formally organized in May of 1993. Projects initially undertaken were mostly minor renovations, interior fit-outs, and compact residences.
To date, ASEC has gained a modest share of the industry’s market by building industrial, institutional, recreational, commercial, medical, religious, infrastructure and other mixed-use projects in Luzon, Vizayas and Mindanao. ASEC Development & Constructions Corporations is a AAAA PCAB licensed general contractor and an ISO 9001 certified organization.
Accepting the flexibility and growth of the industry, the group has ventured into other related fields of technical expertise. Company resources have been expanded to engage in the following:
– Design Build Services
– Value Engineering Services
– All in Package Services
– Latest Construction Technologies
The ASEC story presents the true ideals of the company’s shareholders, management and staff. Not only is ASEC committed towards the expansion of its business and resources, but it is focused on generating goodwill and professional integration among its peers, clients, the industry and the nation it wishes to serve.
The ownership of ASEC is 100% Filipino and involves the founder’s second generation in strategic and management decisions. The subsidiaries formed are The Regalia Group Corporation, ASEC Land incorporated, ASEC Water Corporation and Ignajo Foundation
